At the NATO summit in Ankara the allies meet – and the dispute over the US military operation against Iran overshadows everything.

Officially it's about defence spending, Ukraine and strategy towards Russia. But the mood is poisoned: several allies denied the US bases and overflight rights for the Iran operation.
